By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and outpost.gallery. Once an order is completed on outpost-gallery/shop, the customer will automatically receive an order confirmation from post@outpost.gallery.
OUTPOST reserves the rights to update and change the terms and conditions at any time. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold OUTPOST harmless from and against all losses, claims, damages, expenses and costs, including attorneys’ fees resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your account.
To place an order, you will need to add products to your cart on the relevant “shop” page of the website, click on the “cart” to see your order, proceed to checkout, and provide us with the billing and shipping information as requested.
Please allow 24-36 hours to process your order.
All products are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the products you have ordered are not in stock, OUTPOST will inform you as soon as possible, and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods and their delivery to you.
The price of the products will be the price quoted at the date the order is received. All prices are quoted in Euro and are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added to the price of the order on confirmation of the shipping address and prior to you making payment.
The price of the products shown on OUTOST webshop is inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the relevant rate chargeable in Denmark at the date of your order. Please note, for purchases outside Denmark, your bank may charge an international processing fee.
Payment for the products and delivery charges can be made by any debit or credit card that is shown as acceptable on the Website at the time you place your order (presently being Dankort, Visa/Visa Electron/VPay, MasterCard/Maestro, JCB, UnionPay and American Express). Payments with credit cards will be charged a fee of 0,7 % of the transaction value if the card is issued in Denmark and 1,95 % if the card is issued outside of Denmark.
International customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes.
OUTPOST dispatch orders with Postnord and Fedex worldwide. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
Estimated delivery times on national orders within Denmark are 1-2 working days.
Estimated delivery times on international orders within Europe are 1-2 working days.
Estimated delivery times on international orders outside Europe are 2-4 working days.
OUTPOST accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. These delivery times are only estimated as guide. Shipping costs vary from country to country. The shipping prices are added to the order total when you proceed to check out. The goods you order will be delivered to the shipping address you give when you place your order, subject to confirmation of acceptance of your order by OUTPOST.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of the goods, you will be asked to re-arrange delivery for an alternative date or to collect the goods from a specified place. Where the delivery address is within Denmark and you wish the goods to be redelivered to you, you shall be liable for the costs of re-delivery and the goods shall not be re-delivered until OUTPOST has received payment in full for such costs.
Personally-identifiable information (such as your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number) will not be collected unless given by you voluntarily and knowingly. In the case that you do submit personally-identifiable information to us, it may be stored by OUTPOST and may be used by OUTPOST to contact you. Your personally-identifiable information will not be sold, rented or disclosed to a third party for use in marketing or solicitation. OUTPOST will confidentially maintain your personal information and will use it only to enhance or support your relationship with us.
If you are a consumer, you must be at least 18 years old to order products from the online store. By accepting these Terms you are confirming that you are no less than 18 years old. If you are using the store to purchase products on behalf of a business, by accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have authority to bind such business to a contract with OUTPOST for the purchase of products.
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Return shipping costs will not be refunded. All original packaging with must be intact. Returns which do not comply with these criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. All returns along with order number should be sent to:
